Our air cooled design blocks heat from reaching ignitor components or control knobs, even when the hood is closed for long periods
Besides the convenience offered by building the rotisserie motor into the grill, the LX2's hood needs no pivot slots, creating perfectly clean lines on the full double-skin hood
The chain drive and roller-bearing support eliminates the need for a counter-balance weight, and we've eliminated the spit handle for total durability
Alfresco does this feature right by using super-bright, heat-resistant halogen lamps positioned at each end of the inner hood, and set slightly angled toward the center for bright, even illumination
Again responding to requests from the market, Alfresco totally re-engineered the warming rack with four adjustable height positions, and a unique up storage position which even allows use of the rotisserie without having to remove the rack
Alfresco grills are available with the exclusive hybrid infrared Sear Zone, which replaces one of the standard U-burners with the intense searing heat of a direct-fired ceramic infrared burner
Together with a specially-designed stainless steel searing grate (which traps juices and flavor), the Sear Zone adds tremendous versatility to the grill and adds another dimension to your gourmet cooking experience
